By accessing and using Brandiify's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
2. Description of Service
Brandiify provides an online platform for packaging design, including but not limited to 3D mockup generation, dieline template creation, and 3D modeling tools. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our service at any time.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Intellectual Property
All content you create using Brandiify tools remains your property. However, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host and display your content as necessary to provide the service. Our templates, mockups, and platform design are protected by copyright.
5. Payment Terms
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period.
6. Limitation of Liability
Brandiify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the service during the twelve months preceding the claim.
