Delivery coverage
Brandiify coordinates delivery within Egypt to supported destinations. Availability is confirmed for each order and address.
Production and delivery times
Ready-made and made-to-order products have different preparation times. Customized printing, embroidery, bulk manufacturing and design approval may require additional production time. An estimated delivery window is provided during order confirmation or quotation; estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.
Shipping charges
Shipping costs depend on destination, parcel size, weight and order quantity. Any applicable shipping charges will be shown or communicated for approval before the order is finalized.
Order tracking and delays
When tracking details are available from the courier, we share them with the customer. Courier delays, weather, holidays and address issues can affect delivery. We will help investigate reported delays.
Delivery issues
Check your order upon delivery. If items are missing, damaged or incorrect, contact us with the order number and photos as soon as possible. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for your rights and available remedies.
